What we collect and why

Contact form enquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you've contacted us and we're responding.

Correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and maintain a record of our business relationship.

Website analytics. We use [Plausible / Fathom / actual tool] to understand how the site is used. [If cookieless: This does not use cookies and does not collect personal data — no consent banner is required.]

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and diagnostics, retained for 30 days.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, including Heroku (hosting) and SendGrid (email delivery). Where providers process data outside the UK, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we enter a business relationship (in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for 6 years afterwards, in line with contractual and tax obligations), or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above — we'll respond within one month.
